Mahesh is an experienced business manager with strong finance background, and expertise in managing business expansions in global environment and steering business reorganisations.
In a career spanning over thirty-five years, Mahesh started as a partner of an accounting firm specialising in Auditing and Advisory services. He has helped entrepreneurs and management teams of successful large businesses in managing the challenges of growth.
Subsequently, he managed complex businesses as Chief Finance Officer and Chief Audit Officer of COFCO International Limited, a large global Agri commodity trading company. He was a member of the top management team driving strategy, managing finance and other functions in multiple countries and diverse cultures.
His strengths are effectively managing risks in high growth and global business environment, steering business reorganisation and championing corporate governance practices to ensure compliance and sustainable success of the organisation.
Mahesh is a Chartered Accountant and a Law graduate. He also holds the Financial Times (FT) Non-Executive Director Diploma.
He is a Singaporean and has served on the Committees of Singapore International Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Audit Committees of SINDA and Beyond Social Service, Singapore.

Mr Hassanbhai is a qualified finance professional, an entrepreneur, an experienced Board member and a Diplomat. Strategic planning, corporate governance and conflict management are his forte, and he champions emerging markets in Middle East and Africa.
He has over fifty years of business and management experience. He honed his entrepreneurial skills as third generation member of his eighty-five-year-old family business. Mr. Hassanbhai is presently a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees of India based, BSE/NSE listed Gateway Distriparks Limited – a multi-modal container and rail company and Snowman Logistics Limited – a temperature controlled logistics services provider. He is also an Independent Director and Chairman of Audit, Remuneration and Nominating committees of Singapore based, SGX listed Intraco Limited, an investment holding company.
Mr Hassanbhai is active in various social organisations in Singapore. He is a Trustee of the Singapore Indian Development Association (“SINDA”); Board Member of the Advisory Board of the NTU-SBF Centre for African Studies; on the Board of ITE Education Services (Subsidiary of Institute of Technical Education, Ministry of Education) and on the Board of Mendaki Sense Pte Ltd that provides continuing education and training supporting Singapore’s campaign in promoting lifelong learning and professional development
Mr Hassanbhai was conferred the Public Service Medal (“PBM”) in 2010 and awarded the distinguished Long Service Award by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (“MCYS”) in 2011. In 2017, he received the Business Recognition Award for business development in Africa, Middle East and mentoring family businesses from the Singapore Business Federation.
He was Singapore’s Non-Resident High Commissioner to Federal Republic of Nigeria from 2008 to 2017. Mr Hassanbhai is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (“CMI”) and a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”).
